What I Inspect
I perform residential home inspections throughout Southern California using thermal imaging, moisture testing, sewer cameras, drones, and other advanced tools when conditions warrant further investigation. Additional Services
Sewer Scope Inspections
I use a sewer camera to inspect underground drain lines and identify conditions such as root intrusion, offsets, cracks, separations, and standing water that may not be visible during a standard home inspection.
Mold Inspections
I perform mold inspections and testing to help identify elevated moisture conditions and potential microbial growth concerns.
Thermal Imaging
I use thermal imaging to identify temperature variations that may indicate moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, electrical concerns, and other hidden conditions.
Pool and Spa Inspections
I inspect visible pool and spa components, including equipment, safety features, accessible plumbing, and operational controls.
Drone Roof Inspections
I use drones when appropriate to document roof conditions and evaluate areas that may be difficult to view from the ground.
Moisture Testing
I use moisture meters to verify elevated moisture levels when visual indicators or thermal imaging suggest possible water intrusion.
How the Inspection Works
Home inspections follow a clear, structured process designed to document the property as it exists at the time of inspection. The goal is clarity, not guesswork, so you understand exactly what is present before moving forward.
